In P.E. you are preparing your training plan in order to celebrate "active" holidays.
Here you have some help: bodyweight exercises for you to add to your workouts!
For the last task of this term you can choose:
1. Add new bodyweight exercises to the word cloud (I've done that one with an useful webpage called WORDLE). You can find more names of exercises on my cousin's website ;) - www.bodyrock.tv - .
2. Find different materials to train your strength GYMLESS. Add videos to the post in order to watch the exercises (remember what we used in class: towels, therabands, heavy balls, ropes, TRX, fit balls).
INSPIRE YOURSELVES ;)
Do we have to publish it on the blog? Like in pictures or videos...?
ResponderEliminarI don't like at all the word cloud, I prefer the classic way of organising the excercises. But I like the video's idea.
