PE PROJECT!

Hi everybody!

Here you have the initial tasks for you to work in PI classes:

As we have started to evaluate ourselves in class, it's time to look for different exercises in order to design our bio-psico-social planning!!!

I encourage you to analyze BODYWEIGHT and its main movements: from the resources below,  name and explain the execution of as many different exercises as you can.
